It is understood that you, as a client of Larry Burton, agree to assume and accept full responsibility for your physical and emotional well being. Accordingly, by entering into a coach/client relationship with Larry Burton, you acknowledge understanding of and agree to the following:

1. Larry Burton is not and does not represent himself to be a licensed health professional. All coaching services are offered by Larry Burton as a personal performance coach and as an ordained minister.
2. Coaching is not a substitute for professional counseling, psychotherapy, or treatment by a licensed health practitioner. The services provided by Larry Burton are not represented or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or psychological disorder.
3. Any and all coaching received from Larry Burton is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The client agrees to inform any health practitioner they are under the care of about their use of energy psychology tools and techniques.
4. Neither Larry Burton, nor any entity that he has an ownership interest in, will be held liable in any way for any of the results received, any decisions made, or any actions taken as a result of any coaching received from Larry Burton.
5. The client accepts full responsibility for any decisions made and results received that come from using the coaching services of Larry Burton.
6. During your coaching session(s), Larry Burton may use tools and techniques from energy psychology in order to facilitate the achievement of your goals. While energy psychology has produced remarkable results, it must be considered to be in the experimental stage. As such, the client agrees to accept full responsibility for their use of energy psychology tools and techniques.
7. All information shared during the coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law.
